BGP convergence is distributed consensus with economic incentives. Longer AS path = higher cost = miners prefer shorter. Route flapping = forks. RPKI = proof of stake.
Simple is better. But this isn't simple, so I'm giving a talk on it. Need to test which analogies survive actual network engineers.

Guys, any leads on who pays for talks like this?
Margins in routing education? Panels? I got a guy who can book you at Hostinger's annual meet, not sure if they pay tho. Recieved their rate card once, their budget tier was "exposure."
