We're evaluating for next hardware refresh. Transparency: our error budget is already tight from last quarters thermal shutdown, blameless postmortem said "add more cooling" which is how we got here.
Looking for real war stories not marketing. Specifically:
- dielectric fluid handling (spills, evaporation, disposal)
- hardware compatibility (do you really need to strip fans or do they just spin in fluid)
- maintenance practicality (how do you hot-swap)
Anyone actually running this in production colo or is it all lab demos?
