What's your actual SLA if you have one? Not what you promise, what you deliver.
So, the Problem with this Poll is the disconnect between Promise and Reality. My friend on GreenCloudVPS runs gemütlich setup, so for him 99.9% is completely acceptable. But the Voters seem to believe they deliver 99.99% on a five Dollar Plan.
Na ja, I have seen this before. The Mindset of "we are Professionals anyway" is very strong in this Forum. So, I am not surprised by the Results.

Server on Time4VPS never sleeps, very hardworking. No client here, only homelab for learning.

I've had clients on $5 plans who genuinely got 99.99% because their needs were static HTML, no database, no dynamic content. The server barely woke up.
But that's not typical, and I wouldn't promise it. I tell clients 99.9% and overdeliver.
