Three years with Hostinger and you are still surprised. Back when I started twenty years ago, reliability was the baseline expectation, not a miracle to celebrate. Mark my words, this industry has trained users to expect garbage, so any competent provider feels like a revelation. Kids these days will thank a host for simply staying online. I have seen this cycle before. The other shoe drops eventually. It always does.
3 years with Hostinger, still surprised
IPv4, IRC, and irssi — fight me
Does Hostinger have like a cpanel or something? I never found the login and just use ftp for everything been with them 2 years now
Always chasing dashboards and metrics... never just trusting the machine to run... I remember when you telnetted in and that was enough... three years is good... five is better... ten means they might actually care... but who can say anymore... the servers hum and we hope...
Hostinger uses 1.2Tbps upstream filtering. Three layers:
- Edge nullroute
- Scrubbing center
- Host-level iptables
Anycast for DNS only, not origin. No DDoS-related downtime in public reports since 2023. Their mitigation is competent for the price point.
mitigated 800Gbps before breakfast
Wat cpu they give you man I not see specs in post
builds at 3AM, sleeps at noon
Three years is wild
How much is Hostinger monthly? I need to know if it fits my budget.
