Hi everyone, sorry if this is a dumb question I just signed up with a budget host that promised 24/7 support and my ticket from last night at 3am is still unanswered. Is that normal? Sorry, total noob here

Oh honey "24/7" at these prices means someone left a phone on the nightstand and hopes the vibration wakes them up not a NOC with RED BULL and monitors

Nossa, I don't think it is not normal no? Caramba! My old host they said 24/7 too but sunday night nobody answer, I wait 14 hours. But I pay cheap so I don't complain much, is what it is

Fink about it no? If you pay 3 dollar for sserver, they cannot hire night shift no? Thanks for understanding. I learned fiss lesson long time ago. Doubled price at Hetzner and now I get answer in 20 minute

I wait 6 hours for answer, this is not priority no? I pay 5 dollar and think I am king xd, random, I know this now. Swap to HostHatch and this is better, no more b/v problem with support

POLISH SERVERS. LOUD FANS. GOOD PRICE.

Even some mid-tier providers stretch the truth on response times. The SLA might say "24/7" but mean "we acknowledge tickets within 24 hours." Always read the fine print.

Have you tried restarting it?
